The Corinthia Palace in Malta is renewed and opens an Athenaeum Spa

Opened in 1968, the Corinthia Palace is located between Mdina and Valletta, next to the San Anton Palace, the official presidential residence. With its 150 rooms, swimming pools, restaurants and meeting venues, the structure already consists of the greatest pride of Corinthia Hotels, and will reinvigorate the prestige of the five-star hospitality group in April 2020, with the opening of a new Athenaeum Spa.

Last summer the hotel added a new Executive Lounge to its complex overlooking the property’s gardens and featuring a private terrace and staff serving exclusive breakfasts, while in November the lobby and three Palace Suites were refurbished to give them a more modern look.

In the new Spa, whose project was supervised by Goddard Littlefair, guests can expect a wide range of services, including a manicure and pedicure salon, relaxing relaxation beds, a Vitality pool, a spa and a children’s pool, and in plus the structure will have a secret garden filled with citrus trees.
