The exterior and superstructure were designed by Espen Øino International in a beautiful blue hull and a white superstructure with two helipads and a large hangar at the stern.

The superyacht can spend whole months at sea to conduct research trips or simple exploration. For this reason, one of the main features of the exploration ship is precisely the large aft garage capable of hosting a huge tender of 20 meters and as many as 2 submarines for underwater exploration.

The Configuration of Octopus’s interior is designed by Jonathan Quinn Barnett and can comfortably accommodate up to 26 overnight guests in 13 cabins, including a master suite, 9 double cabins and 3 twin cabins. It is also capable of carrying up to 63 crew members on board in 30 cabins to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.

Powered by 8 MTU electric diesel engines (16V4000 M70) with 1,840kW Octopus can reach a top speed of 19 knots and a cruising speed of 17 knots.
